Privacy notice

This notice explains what HALO Doncaster does with the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you tell us about your event.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan your event. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is only loaded if you choose to show it; Google may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Email hello@halodoncaster.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
